By accessing PersonaQuiz, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
PersonaQuiz provides original personality questionnaires, educational descriptions, and entertainment-oriented results. The current public beta includes the free 16-type questionnaire and SBTI. Paid reports and avatar analysis are not currently offered.
2. Self-reflection, not professional advice
Results describe possible preferences and patterns based on the answers you provide. They are not medical, psychological, clinical, diagnostic, legal, financial, educational-placement, or employment-selection advice. Do not use PersonaQuiz to make hiring, treatment, safety, or other high-stakes decisions about yourself or another person.
3. Independent product and trademarks
PersonaQuiz is independently developed and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Myers-Briggs Company or the Myers & Briggs Foundation. MBTI® and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® are trademarks of the Myers & Briggs Foundation in the United States and other countries. References are used only to identify a widely discussed category of personality preferences.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, automate abusive traffic, upload unlawful material, impersonate others, or use results to harass, discriminate against, or misrepresent another person.
5. Accounts
Some administrative or future features may require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login method and for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, PersonaQuiz's original questions, explanatory text, visual system, character designs, result reports, software, and branding are owned by PersonaQuiz or used with permission. You may share your personal result card through the provided tools, but you may not copy or republish the question bank, reports, character library, or site as a competing product.
7. Third-party services
The site may rely on hosting, authentication, analytics, and sharing services supplied by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your direct interactions with them. We are not responsible for third-party platforms you choose when sharing a result.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue beta features, correct results or content, and introduce reasonable limits to protect the service. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. PersonaQuiz disclaims warranties that cannot reasonably be made for an entertainment and self-reflection tool. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PersonaQuiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from reliance on a result or inability to use the service.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law. Questions can be sent to support@personaquiz.org.
