Refund Policy

The current public beta is free
PersonaQuiz does not currently sell paid reports, subscriptions, credits, or avatar analysis. Because no payment is collected for the public-beta tests, there is no purchase to refund.
Before paid features launch
If PersonaQuiz introduces a paid MBTI deep report, we will publish the applicable price, delivery terms, refund eligibility, request window, and contact process before checkout is enabled. The checkout page will link to the updated policy.
Unexpected charge
If you believe you were charged by PersonaQuiz unexpectedly, contact support@personaquiz.org with the date, amount, and transaction reference. Do not send full card details.
